Whilst it goes without saying that our aim as a restaurant is to serve food that is delicious, wholesome, home-made, locally sourced, fresh & seasonal – equally as important to us is our focus upon a menu which not only reflects Norfolk, but its recipes from times past, which we may have perhaps lost touch with over the years.
We are not looking for awards or accolades – we just want our customers to enjoy high quality & unpretentious food in a pleasurable, calming, 18th century environment.
Vegetarian, vegan or gluten free?
Look out for the symbols on our restaurant menu which highlight special dietary suitability. Also don’t forget, because most of our dishes are prepared from scratch, we can usually change them to suit your requirements e.g using gluten free flour for the batter in fish & chips.

Sundays: 12 – 7 (Sunday Roast – Last orders 7)
